Friday June 25 is Ukrainia’s Record Release party for their highly anticipated new album “The Maiden”. The show will feature guests from across the country as well as local favorites before the band heads out on tour of Western Canadian festivals including Winnipeg, Calgary, and Dawson City.
Joining Ukrainia will be Mike Essoudry’s Mash Potato Mashers; Ottawa’s premiere parade / marching band. The Mashers are known for their high energy show and crowd participation; come watch as they march through and around Babylon. Don’t miss the parade.

Starting this Wednesday, May 19th, we are starting a new night for the rock-bottom party-monsters who are all about getting silly, slippery and sweaty while suckin’ back a few wobblypops and skateboarding….?!?!? Yup…skateboarding.
Wednesday nights will offer you cheap beverages between 11pm – 12am. This should help start things off right.
In that same time slot, we are going to have 2 different local skaters freestyle skating in the back side of Babs. No ramps, no rails.. just freestyling in an enclosed area in a head-to-head game / battle of SKATE.
Our sponsor, Top of the World, will be providing prizes and surprises.
This week’s competitors are Andrew Rashotte vs. Aaron Cayer.
At midnight, the dance floor opens up and the party starts.
